Boss Virtual Pedal Board 2 (VPB2)
Before buying any guitar effects, gadgets and the like, we normally do like we normally do. Go to a store, get the sales guy to setup the guitar and start fiddling woth those gadgets until you are happy with how it sounds. But what if you are not free to do all that? What if you are brwosing the net and found what you like? Just reading the features can get you excited but how does it sounds like?
I like this idea from Boss where you could try all the compact pedals in a virtual environment. Whether you are a Punk lover, Rocker or are into Blues and Jazz, you can experiment with the sounds all from the comfort of your living room or your toilet. I really had fun wih the Funk setting turning on and off all the dynamic wah and stuff. Fun! Head on to VPB2 if you want to know what I’m talking about.

Francis- This is not a software. It’s a webpage by Boss. You can ‘test’ some compact pedal sounds and settings online.
