    just a question, what are your thoughts on the variax. you seem like a guy who has played a lot of guitars and therefore should know what he is talking about, is this variax worth while?

    Great sounds and playing. I too have an XT-Live but don’t get nearly the great sounds you’ve demonstrated here… couldn’t possibly be MY lack of talent… must blame equipment…Thanks for sharing. It re-enforces the thought that the equipment will do better IF I do too! Really enjoyed the music.

    As much as I hate Line 6, I think their clean tones on this guitar are pretty awesome.

    I probably listen to this one 8 times a day. Its so relaxing, you can hear the african influence in the second riff.
    Just like you Ive been to Ghana in my younger years (im just 17)

    Hi John, as for the presets I use them by an acoustic sound (VariaxJumbo). The electric sounds are custom adjusted. I simply turn the knobs as long as I am happy with the sound As for the guitar it is set on Strat (or Tele in the 1st case) model on the Variax switch. Thanks for visiting. Mike
