    @pedaltoneshop Hi. Nice product. Does it go through the front of the amp or use an fx loop? I have a rectifier and I d like to use it but the rect has a parallel effects loop. Will it make a difference? Also how many effects can you mix and save into a single patch?

  2. MrJackanthony on June 25th, 2010

    @fishqwer Of course :)

  3. Sirjaydus on June 25th, 2010

    Does anybody know if this pedal can engage multiple effects simultaneously at once. Without having to tap dance between columns?

    BULLSHIT story below!! I for one, DO hear the difference between digital and analog overdrive/distortion! and trust me! digital od/ds sounds like shit!! you must have bad hearing if you dont notice. Analog is clearer and warmer! when it comes to digital! all i have to say is HARSH HARSH HARSH

    Is it possible to adjust the delay tap function so, for example, if I have a mod delay, can I tap quarter notes on the board to set the delay time to dotted eighths?

    @pedaltoneshop
    Dude that’s a lot of knobs i mean xD
    it’s a really cool pedal

  8. pedaltoneshop on June 25th, 2010

    @sleepercar Yes you can mix the effects in the scene mode. pre program the patches you want and bring them up on instant recall.

    Really enjoyed the demo. Is it possible to mix effects for example an overdrive+delay+phaser etc and assign that combination to a single switch/bank to avoid the old tap dancing routine?

    @Fender1976uk people are so stuck on analog pedal and i will say all of mine are analog but…… nobody knows why they are better…..anyone?????? same thing with tube amps. People jsut say they sound better and have no cluewhy. Most of the time they do but i have a hear a few solid states that are far better than tubes. Its just what your ears like

    So your argument is you tried one digital pedal and deicded it wasn’t as “warm” as the analog you tried, therefore all people using digital are fooling themselves, and your argument is further supported by CAPITAL LETTERS and two exclamations marks !!

    IMHO, nothing will beat the sound of anything analog – hence why I use my analog gear for recording.
    Live situations, this thing seems perfect rather than carting my entire pedal board around. I haven’t got one, but I think I certainly will soon.

    The NS is more professional looking and sounding, but the nova system doesn’t allow 4 cable method, doesn’t have wahs or have nearly the capability the M13 has. The fact that you can ONLY use it effects loop or front end makes it a bit useless. If you’re gonna go the effects unit route..get something that covers all the bases. Besides, nobody buys effects units for the od; we all have separate dirt boxes, or amps with perfectly fine distorted tones already.

    Because digital tends to be cleaner and less invasive on your signal path. Analog is highly regarded because of its inherent imperfections are sort of romanticized (as another has put it). We all can vouch for tube amps for sure as being superior mostly, but for effects..its a whole ‘nother story. Imagine vinyl, its warm and sweet sounding,but its not very transparent and clean, so there are details present in a CD that vinyl isn’t going to grab because vinyl adds extra distortion and coloring

    @joeyowen Exactly right. The new digital’s have such a high resolution (or bitrate calculation if you will) that for our ears its not different than real analog (unless you are a bat). However some people still prefer the specific sound of one of their analog pedals, which is ofcourse their good right. I however have replaced alot of my pedals with this m13 (and no one sais you can’t keep some of your favorite analogs!). Cheers :)

    How did you get that nice acoustic sound? Please reply.

  20. Fender1976uk on June 25th, 2010

    I tried out some digital overdrive in a live situation last week!! vs proper built Analog pedals!! afraid their was a BETTER sound in the analog!! it was warmer and clearer!! people praising digital are just fooling themselves! one decent overdrive pedal is better than something that claims to do everything

  21. joeyowen on June 25th, 2010

    because analog means nothing.
    if it sounds good it sounds good regardless of that
    analog may have been better quality when digital first came out years ago, but now you wouldnt know the difference

    people turn analog into a romance story and want it to be better than all else

  22. Fender1976uk on June 25th, 2010

    So why would anyone want this if Overdrive is DIGITAL??? explain how this line 6 could better something like? the T C Electronics Nova System or Carl Martin multi unit! both have TRUE analog overdrive!!

  23. pedaltoneshop on June 25th, 2010

    Marshall TSL602

  24. k0staZ on June 25th, 2010
